Will It Fit? Delivery and Doorway Clearance

Your PS3300 arrives in one carton measuring 56.7" long × 29.9" wide × 28.7" high, with a shipping weight of 185 lb. The carton is the widest thing that has to get through your door.

Minimum clear door opening: 30" boxed.

If your opening is narrower than that, you still have options. Unpacked, the chair is 28.7" wide — just over an inch narrower than its carton. Unboxing in the garage, driveway or hallway and walking the chair in is a normal and effective way to solve a tight doorway.

Measure the clear opening, not the door size. Open the door fully and measure the actual gap between the frame and the door stop. A doorway sold as 32" typically gives about 30" of true clearance, and trim, hinges and the door stop each take a share.

Check the whole route, not just the door. Upright, the chair is 57.5" long and 38.2" tall. Tight stair landings, hallway corners and low basement headroom are the most common obstacles.

Once it is in the room, allow 67.7" of front-to-back floor space so the chair can extend fully at full recline.

Delivery is freight-to-door and a signature is required. At 185 lb the driver will bring the carton to your entrance but will not carry it inside or upstairs. Please arrange help for the final move.
